Telefonische verwerking van inkomende alarmmeldingen zoals inbraak- brand- en oproepalarmen.
Volgen van vooraf bepaalde procedures bij alarmmeldingen.
Waarborgen van veiligheid op afstand en inschakelen van hulpdiensten indien nodig.
Bieden van klantgerichte oplossingen volgens vastgestelde richtlijnen.
Als operator gebruik je geavanceerde technologische oplossingen voor alarmverificaties.
Registreren van inkomende oproepen van diverse partners en klanten.
Qualifications :
Drietalig zowel mondeling als schriftelijk in Nederlands Frans & Engels.
Je bent flexibel ingesteld om zowel de alarmen tijdens de dag nacht en weekends af te handelen.
Vermogen om met medeleven en doelgerichtheid op te treden in noodsituaties een gedrevenheid om anderen in nood bij te staan en te helpen.
Klantgericht werken met een kritische benadering in standaard- en noodsituaties.

- Brussel Voltijds Onbepaalde duur contract
- Premies: 125% (20u 22u) 18% voor zaterdagen 23% voor zondagen 225% voor nachtdiensten en 30% voor feestdagen
- Maaltijdcheques: 419 per 692 uur
- Km vergoeding
- 24 vakantiedagen vakantiegeld en eindejaarspremie
- Hospitalisatieverzekering ambulante zorgverzekering voor jezelf en gezinsleden
- Ontwikkelings- en opleidingsmogelijkheden binnen deze functie laten we je eveneens de opleiding mobiele bewaking volgen
