Beschrijving van het bedrijf
Onze klant is gespecialiseerd in bijstand en herstellingen na een schadegeval. Hierdoor leveren ze een premium service voor klanten met een brandverzekering. Het kantoor ligt in het centrum van Brussel en is heel gemakkelijk bereikbaar met het openbaar vervoer.

Beschrijving van de functie
Jouw takenpakket ziet er als volgt uit
Je analyseert en behandelt klachten, volgt dossiers nauwgezet op en verhoogt de klanttevredenheid door duidelijke communicatie.
Je bewaakt klantfeedback, detecteert patronen en registreert gegevens in systemen zoals Mireas.
Je behandelt technische oproepen en interventies, geeft advies over lekonderzoek en zorgt ervoor dat herstellingen op tijd gebeuren.
Je controleert en valideert offertes, facturen en stemt af met dienstverleners wanneer aanpassingen nodig zijn.
Je werkt nauw samen met interne teams en externe partners om dossiers efficiënt en kwaliteitsvol af te ronden.
Jouw profiel
Je bent een communicatief sterke en kwaliteitsgedreven professional die graag verantwoordelijkheid neemt in technische én klantgerichte dossiers.
Je bent goed in duidelijk en professioneel communiceren, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk, in het Nederlands én Frans.
Je hebt technische affiniteit en interesse in technische dossiers; ervaring als technisch adviseur, technieker of in een hersteldienst is een pluspunt.
Je bent goed in onderhandelen, bemiddelen en problemen oplossen, vooral bij het behandelen van klachten.
Je bent goed in nauwkeurig werken, met een scherp oog voor detail bij het controleren van offertes en facturen.
