Sales & Operations Planning Coordinator

We are looking for a Sales Operations Coordinator for one of our clients based in Vilvoorde, active in the technical industry. Your tasks as a Sales Operations Coordinator:
Manage the end-to-end order-to-delivery process for assigned distributors, ensuring smooth coordination between customers, logistics, finance, and internal teams
Handle daily communication with distributors regarding availability, orders, reservations, and delivery planning
Prepare quotations within approved guidelines and process sales orders and confirmations
Coordinate and book shipments with logistics teams and external partners
Prepare and manage export and shipping documentation
Maintain accurate data in ERP systems and ensure correct order tracking
Support sales reporting, order intake reporting, and month-end closing activities
Ensure compliance with export regulations and internal procedures
Collaborate closely with Sales, Finance, Logistics, and Operations teams
The ideal profile of the Sales Operations Coordinator:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
At least a first experience in sales administration, order management, logistics coordination, or export-related roles
Highly accurate and detail-oriented, especially when handling data, documentation, and deadlines
Good organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Comfortable working with ERP systems and MS Office tools; Strong team player who can also work independently and take ownership of tasks
Fluent in English and French; Dutch is an advantage
