Voor onze klant zijn we op zoek naar een Sales Administrator. In deze functie krijg je veel verantwoordelijkheid en werk je in een klein, hecht team waar jouw inzet echt een verschil maakt. Ben jij de Sales Administrator die een sleutelrol wil spelen in het soepel laten verlopen van de dagelijkse administratie binnen deze organisatie? Solliciteer dan snel!
Functieomschrijving:
- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de facturatie en opvolging van contracten
- Je verwerkt en onderhoudt alle gegevens in Navision
- Je communiceert met klanten over contracten en facturen
- Je ondersteunt de operationele teams administratief en zorgt dat alle gegevens tijdig verwerkt worden
- Je beantwoordt telefoons en mails en fungeert als aanspreekpunt voor klanten en interne afdelingen
- Je helpt bij het opstellen van commerciële documenten, attesten en rapporten
Jouw profiel
Profiel:
- Je hebt een administratieve of boekhoudkundige achtergrond, met ervaring in facturatie of klantopvolging
- Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands en Frans; kennis van Engels is een pluspunt
- Je werkt vlot met MS Office en hebt bij voorkeur ervaring met Navision
- Je bent communicatief, klantgericht en werkt nauwkeurig
- Je bent autonoom, goed georganiseerd en kan prioriteiten stellen
