As a Sales Manager your responsibilities are:

Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives.

Manage and grow key accounts, ensuring long-term relationships with clients.

Identify market opportunities and devise plans to capitalise on them.

Monitor sales performance and analyse data to improve results.

Collaborate with internal teams to align sales strategies with company goals.

Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and collective targets.

Prepare and present regular sales reports to senior management.

Stay updated on retail market trends and competitor activities.

Jouw profiel

A successful Sales Manager should have:

• 10+ years of experience in sales and business development.
• Proven success managing international and global key accounts.
• Strong background in specialty materials, raw materials, polymers, plastics, compounding, or related industrial sectors.
• Experience within the TPE/TPC/SBC market is highly desirable.
• Demonstrated ability to develop business and grow strategic customer relationships.
• Strong commercial acumen, negotiation skills, and ability to close complex deals.
• Fluent English (written and verbal).
• Comfortable working within a multicultural and international environment.
• Highly autonomous, self-motivated, and capable of working independently.
• Willingness to travel extensively across the region.
