Account/ Boekhoudkundig medewerker
Functie
Jouw takenpakket:
Zorgen voor de verzending van facturen naar klanten en de opvolging hiervan
Beheren van openstaande facturen en ervoor zorgen da t betalingen tijdig en correct plaatsvinden
Je staat in voor tijdig uitvoeren van de rappelprocedure naar de klanten toe
Controleren en matchen van betalingen met facturen en oplossen van mogelijke verschillen
Je houdt klantgegevens up-to-date en voert regelmatig controles uit op de juistheid hiervan
Nauwe samenwerking met andere afdelingen om ervoor te zorgen dat het order to cash proces naadloos verloopt
Het ondersteunen bij maand- en jaarafsluitingen.
Profiel
Wie zoeken wij?
Je bent gemotiveerd om deel te nemen aan de verdere uitbouw van de automatisatie van de order to cash administratieve processen
Je hebt minimaal 2 jaar ervaring in een gelijkaardige functie
Ervaring met het BOB-boekhoudpakket is een pluspunt
Je bent tweetalig (NL/FR, NL/EN of FR/EN)
Je bent leergierig en kan out of the box denken
Als teamplayer denk je mee aan de verdere optimalisatie van de AR-processen door automatisering
Je kunt goed omgaan met Excel en/of Power BI
