Product Specialist - Healthcare

Are you a motivated sales professional with a passion for cutting-edge medical technology? Do you excel at building strong relationships in the hospital environment? You’ll work closely with Territory Managers, Regional Sales Managers, and the European Commercial Excellence team to develop innovative sales strategies, ensuring Coloplast remains a leader in this field.

You guide hospital teams through the installation, operation, and maintenance of the Laser equipment, ensuring seamless integration.

• You lead product demonstrations and hands-on training sessions to ensure safe and effective use in hospital settings.
• You will support in strategic pricing, tenders, and contract negotiations to secure long-term partnerships.
• You have a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (paramedical, biomedical, business, technical) or equivalent sales experience.
• Fluency in Dutch & French, with strong English communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM systems (Salesforce), and Power BI.
• A valid driving license and willingness to travel 50-70% of the time (occasional overnight stays required).
