Functiebeschrijving
Als Reward Specialist speel je een sleutelrol in de implementatie, opvolging en verdere professionalisering van performance management en rewardprocessen binnen de organisatie.
Je zet strategische keuzes om in heldere, werkbare processen, begeleidt managers en HR Business Partners en zorgt ervoor dat reward- en performancebeleid niet alleen duidelijk wordt gecommuniceerd, maar ook écht begrepen en consequent toegepast wordt.
- Je implementeert rewardprocessen en performance management in de praktijk, met een sterke focus op opvolging, consistentie en haalbaarheid.
- Je volgt het performance management proces proactief op, plant en begeleidt intervisiemomenten en gaat in dialoog met managers over voortgang en doelstellingen.
- Je communiceert nieuwe en aangepaste processen helder via infosessies, ondersteunende materialen en praktische toelichtingen.
- Je beantwoordt vragen van managers en HRBP’s, denkt oplossingsgericht mee en zorgt voor een vlotte implementatie.

- Een eerste relevante ervaring in performance management
- Sterk analytisch vermogen en zeer goede kennis van Excel
- Je kan zowel individueel als in teamverband werken
- Je bent communicatief en kan complexe materie omzetten in heldere bewoordingen
- Je hebt naast een uitstekende kennis van het Nederlands een goede kennis van het Frans, of omgekeerd

- salaris in lijn met ervaring en competenties, de loonrange is 3800€ - 4700€ bruto/maand
