Service support coördinator

As we continue to expand, we are seeking a dynamic and multilingual individual to join our team as a Service Coordinator in our Ghent location.
As a Service Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our customer service department. Your primary responsibility will be to provide support to our German and Polish-speaking customers, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and service requests in a timely and professional manner.

Customer Support: Serve as the main point of contact for German and Polish-speaking customers, assisting them with service-related inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels.

• Service Coordination: Coordinate service appointments and liaise with technicians to ensure timely completion of repairs and maintenance tasks.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, service requests, and resolutions using our internal systems.
• Language Proficiency: Utilize your fluency in German, Polish, and English to effectively communicate with customers and colleagues.
• Shift Work: Work on a rotating schedule, including weekends and evenings, to provide round-the-clock support to our customers.
• Team Collaboration: Collaborate closely with other departments, including sales, marketing, and technical support, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Identify areas for process improvement and contribute to the development of best practices within the customer service department.

• Customer Focus: Strong customer service orientation with a passion for exceeding customer expectations.
• Automotive Knowledge: Basic understanding of automotive systems and terminology is preferred, but not required.
• Flexibility: Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings, as part of a rotating shift schedule.
• 5 days a week, 8 hours a day, on a 24/7 rotating shift basis.
