Mobiliteit binnen onze organisatie gaat verder dan het beheren van een vloot van +800 voertuigen. Onze fleet is volledig in eigen beheer, inclusief eigen garages voor onderhoud en herstellingen. We bevinden ons vandaag in een groeifase waarin fleet & mobility verder geprofessionaliseerd wordt, zowel nationaal als internationaal. Als Fleet & Mobility Coordinator kom je terecht in een omgeving in volle ontwikkeling: een sterke operationele dynamiek, hoge verwachtingen vanuit projecten en een continue stroom aan vragen.
Je rol evolueert mee met de organisatie: je start vanuit het stabiliseren en verbeteren van de werking en groeit door naar het mee vormgeven en implementeren van de mobiliteitsstrategie, ook op internationaal niveau.
Voor onze personenwagens stel je samen met (nieuwe) collega’s hun wagen samen volgens de geldende car policy en coördineert de vervanging van bestaande wagens, inclusief Cash4Car-oplossingen.
- Voor onze dienstvoertuigen stem je met de collega’s de technische noden en inrichting af en vraag je de nodige offertes op bij leveranciers.
- Je werkt SLA’s uit met onze belangrijkste mobiliteitspartners en stelt specifieke SLA’s op voor grote (internationale) projecten.
- Je werkt nauw samen met de fleet officers (2 FTE), ondersteunt hen inhoudelijk en waar nodig operationeel en zorgt voor afstemming binnen het team.
- Je ondersteunt de Portfoliomanager in de verdere uitbouw van de mobiliteitsstrategie en neemt hierin op termijn een actievere rol op, inclusief internationale uitrol met lokale opvolging.
Dit zowel in NL, FR, ENG, kennis van het Duits is een pluspunt.
