We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead operational HR activities across multiple sites in Belgium. This is a hands-on generalist role focused on delivering high-quality HR services, ensuring compliance, and supporting business objectives through effective people management.

Oversee day-to-day HR operations across multiple locations.
Act as the primary point of contact for managers and employees on HR matters.
Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle: recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding.
Ensure compliance with Belgian labor laws and company policies.
Drive HR processes including payroll coordination, benefits administration, and absence management.
Support workforce planning and talent development initiatives.
Partner with leadership to implement HR strategies aligned with business goals.
Maintain accurate HR data and reporting for decision-making.

5+ years of HR experience,

• Proven track record as an HR generalist in a multi-site environment.
• Strong knowledge of Belgian labor legislation and HR best practices.
• Fluent in Dutch and English (written and spoken).
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Experience with HR systems and data analytics is a plus.
