Talent Acquisition Partner

Function

• Develop and implement recruitment initiatives to attract top talent.
• Supervise the entire recruitment process, from job posting to hiring.
• Setting up onboarding programmes to quickly integrate new employees.
• Identify training needs and organise training sessions.
• Working with department heads to identify staffing needs.
• Conduct performance interviews and support career development.
• Analysing HR data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

Profile

• Bachelor's or master's degree within an HR field or related study.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar role within a manufacturing environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive, results-oriented and strong organisational skills.
• Knowledge of HR systems and recruitment tools.
• Fluent in Dutch, French and English.
