Pour tes clients, tu cherches des profils industriels comme des ouvriers de production, magasiniers, emballeurs, opérateurs, etc.
Tu suis tes dossiers de A à Z: de la rédaction d’offre à l’onboarding, de l’administratif à l’évaluation
Tu assures une administration correcte, les contrats, le suivi et les feedbacks
Tu bénéficies de coaching et de formations, mais c’est aussi à toi de jouer
Tu as déjà une expérience en recrutement , en RH ou dans un job orienté client
Tu vises les résultats, sans jamais sacrifier la qualité
