Op basis van data en consumentenfeedback voer je A/B-testen uit op automation flows en werk je gericht op het testen en optimaliseren van flows, content, timing, CTA's en kanaalkeuze, met als doel conversie en klanttevredenheid te verhogen
Je volgt nieuwe tendenzen op en je implementeert nieuwe features, trends en technologieën (whatsapp, customer 360° view) binnen automation & CX orchestration.
Tot slot teken je de e-mail marketing strategie uit, stel je de contentplanning op en coördineer je de content van de nieuwsbrieven, campagnes en adhoc mailings.
We zoeken een enthousiaste collega met minstens 3 jaar ervaring in customer journey management, CRO, marketing automation, CRM of data gedreven marketing.
Je beschikt over een Bachelor of Master diploma in digitale marketing, communicatie of gelijkaardige richting.
Ervaring en kennis van customer journey mapping, UX-principes, CRO, segmentatie, personalisatie en A/B testing is een must. Je bent sterk analytisch, data gedreven en vertrouwd met dashboards en rapportering. Op basis van analyses identificeer je pijnpunten en vertaal je inzichten moeiteloos naar concrete optimalisatie‑ideeën en verbeteracties. Vanuit die data-analyses heb je inzicht in de pijnpunten van onze klanten en kom je vervolgens met optimalisatie-ideeën om verbeteringen te realiseren.
Ervaring met marketing automation tools (Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Selligent, Hubspot, …) is een plus.
Naast een perfecte kennis van het Nederlands, communiceer je vlot in het Engels en beschik je over degelijke basiskennis van het Frans .
