Key Account Manager Support

In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop, implement, and manage the account strategy that is focused on share of wallet growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction. Each day, you will coordinate sales activities, monitor current projects, and manage the resolution of specific customer problems. Main stakeholders are Process Industry and Marine customers in Belgium and Luxemburg.
Leading the development and implementation of the account plan and growth actions.
Participating in the development of sales strategies for the account through providing current business and long-term plans for the customer.
Defining sales targets, giving input on market price developments monitoring competitors' activity with the account and ensuring that appropriate response strategies are implemented.

You are highly skilled in selling technological solutions for industrial applications, more specific frequency convertors, mostly in combination with electrical motors.
You have a real hunter mentality towards the business and use the team skills to succeed.
You have at least 5 years of experience in the Process Industry and Marine business.
You are passionate about innovation and energy efficiency and able to transfer this in sales results.
Experience with Salesforce CRM is an asset.
You are at ease communicating in Dutch, English and French
You hold current a bachelor licence or equal by experience.
