ABAX groeit snel in België en zoekt een ambitieuze salesprofessional die energie krijgt van nieuwe klanten, ownership wil nemen over deals en zich wil ontwikkelen richting een volwaardige commerciële rol.
Jouw rol
In deze rol combineer je leren en doen. Je krijgt verantwoordelijkheid, maar ook begeleiding.
Je beheert je eigen deals: van eerste gesprek tot het sluiten van deals.
Je start relaties op met nieuwe klanten en ontdekt groeikansen bij bestaande accounts.
Je beheert en bouwt je eigen pipeline op, met duidelijke opvolging.
Je werkt nauw samen met marketing, support en ervaren commerciële collega’s.
Je gebruikt moderne sales- en CRM-tools en krijgt gerichte training en coaching.
Wat jij meebrengt
1 tot ongeveer 3 jaar ervaring in B2B-sales Account / Sales Executive of meerdere jaren als Sales Development Representative.
Je bent leergierig, neemt initiatief en wil graag doorgroeien.
Je communiceert vlot, luistert goed en kan waarde helder overbrengen.
Je bent resultaatgericht, maar ook een teamplayer met commerciële flair.
