Our client is an international and fast-growing company active in the pharmaceutical sector, dedicated to improving patient outcomes through innovative healthcare solutions. Their Belgian office, located in Flemish Brabant, plays a key role in supporting operations across Europe.
We are currently looking for a Customer Service Assistant to strengthen the customer support team. In this role, you will act as a key point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders, ensuring smooth order processing and high-quality service delivery in a dynamic and highly regulated environment.Act as the primary point of contact for customers via phone and email (French, Dutch, and English)
Maintain up-to-date customer records and documentation in line with pharmaceutical regulations
Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency
A successful Customer Service Assistant should have:
Proficiency in customer relationship management tools and systems.
Excellent communication skills in English & French and a good level of Dutch.
Our customers offers a great workenvironment in a dynamic team and with challenging tasks within the Customer Service.
