The Marketing Coordinator & Graphic Designer is responsible for executing the Marketing Plan, contributing to profitable growth of the business through consistent, high quality brand execution.

Accountabilities:

Executing the plans for selected major Boat Shows. This will include liaising with show organizers, stand builders, service companies, manufacturing and dealers and to ensure delivery of the stand line with specification, arranging all associated supplies, and stand break down and recovery/storage of re-useable materials.
Support for other Boat Shows: providing miscellaneous support to these shows, such as providing relevant materials and arranging return of relevant items for reuse.
Marketing communications: Execute internal (Brunswick) and external (Dealers and Press) communications, including press releases, brand guidelines, product information updates, bulletins etc., relevant to the brands.
Execute media plans (including print, social media and web advertising)
Coordinating and executing translation work and proof reading for marketing media.
Coordination and distribution of sales literature, POS and other print and web based materials and update the DAM system
Creates graphical design elements within guidelines directed from Department Leadership or Third Party resource.
Accountable for design and execution of all back drops for all boat shows and future projects as appointed.
Lead the discussion, create, adapt, and recommend all creative elements of graphical assets for all web advertisement.
Through instruction and independent judgment creates and manipulates graphical images for boat brand websites
Create and adapt adverts, newsletter layout and design, as well as PowerPoint presentations.
Responsible for design of event materials including tradeshow booth and collateral.
Perform digital manipulation on brand photography
Assist in organization of events and photo shoots
Distributor interface: to provide advice and assistance on ‘face-to-market’ materials including items for POS, advertisements, boat shows. Collecting from distributors’ relevant press reviews and planned activities, for updating the web site.
Drive marketing efficiency actions: create and maintain a knowledge database providing easy identification of ‘best-in-class’ providers. Obtain and assess competitive quotations for the production of marketing-related materials.
Updating CMS/PIM (content management system) for the web sites
Support the day-to-day activities of the marketing department
Drive the achievement of specific marketing cost targets, though effective tracking, measurement and reporting (actuals versus budget).
Actively communicate with other Marketing Coordinators to ensure good alignment on activities, sharing of best practices and maximizing operational effectiveness.

Skills & Knowledge :

Degree in Marketing/ International Trade, or equivalent by relevant experience
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Fluent in English (both written and spoken) – Other languages is an asset
Good knowledge of Windows OS and the MS Office suite
Intermediate level of Adobe Photoshop & Adobe Indesign
CMS: experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and/or Umbraco is a plus
CRM: experience with Adobe Marketo and/or Salesforce Pardot or similar is a plus
Willing to travel on occasions to attend key meetings in the regions and during the lead-up to boat shows.

Our offer :

This exciting and Innovative position is a Global Grade 9 and offers a salary of between €42,000 to €55,000 (payable in 13.92 instalments). Please be aware that this range represents the pay range for all positions within the job grade in which the post falls. The actual salary offer will consider a wide range of factors, including skills, experience, and location (country). We also offer the following benefits:
