Strategic Marketing Specialist

We are looking for a Optichannel Strategist & Digital Journey / CRO Expert to support a digital marketing strategy team in a complex enterprise environment.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain an optichannel strategy across web, mobile, social, email, paid media, offline, and emerging channels.
- Design channel mix and orchestration across the full customer journey, aligning messages, audiences, timing, and touchpoints.
- Create and evolve end-to-end digital journey maps covering acquisition, onboarding, engagement, and retention.
- Identify friction points, drop-offs, and optimization opportunities across digital journeys and conversion funnels.
- Lead CRO initiatives including A/B testing, multivariate testing, behavioral analysis, and performance experiments.
- Define KPIs and dashboards to track channel effectiveness, journey performance, and conversion metrics.
- Collaborate with UX, IT, analytics, content, SEO/GEO, and MarCom teams to implement journey and CRO improvements.
- Build and maintain a Digital Shelf or collaborative knowledge base covering channels, standards, guidelines, KPIs, audiences, and best practices.
Must-have requirements:
- At least 10 years of relevant experience.
- Strong experience in optichannel marketing strategy and digital experience design.
- Proven expertise in digital journey mapping, UX best practices, and conversion rate optimization.
- Strong command of analytics platforms such as Adobe Analytics, GA4, Tag Manager, Content Square, or data visualization tools.
- Familiarity with A/B testing tools, behavioral analytics, heatmaps, recordings, and experimentation frameworks.
- Experience translating complex behavioral data into clear strategic actions.
- Experience building collaborative no-code environments such as SharePoint, Notion, or similar tools.
- Expertise in Agile methodologies, especially Scrum-based collaboration and facilitation.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with marketing, UX, IT, analytics, and MarCom teams.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Design, Marketing, ICT, or a related field. xlxgzvr
