You want to hunt new business in a complex B2B market - not manage existing accounts. You bring at least 5 years of B2B sales experience, real drive, and the ambition to grow into a Business Development Manager. This is where that happens.

Working alongside our Business Development Manager, you develop and close new business opportunities in the facilities management market across Flanders. You learn the full sales cycle hands-on - from pipeline to proposal to contract - with clear progression to BDM for those who deliver.Reports to: Business Development Manager | Location: Sales region North (Flanders)
What you'll do
‒ Cultivate and close new business opportunities to meet and exceed agreed sales targets.‒ Map the market and build a pipeline with short, medium and long-term opportunities.
‒ Develop client relationships and source new opportunities in target market sectors.
‒ Contribute to RFI and RFP responses: win themes, executive summaries and proposal content.
‒ Represent CBRE at industry events and networking activities.
‒ Deliver weekly activity reports and adhere to governance processes.
What you'll need
‒ Minimum 5 years of proven B2B sales experience.‒ Energetic, outgoing and positive - highly motivated and fueled by ambition.
‒ Strong written and verbal communication skills.
‒ Good Microsoft 365 skills: Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
‒ Experience preparing high-quality sales documents and working with diverse stakeholders.
‒ Higher educational qualifications are beneficial.
‒ Native Dutch speaker with good knowledge of English.
