The pharmaceutical company EG is a Belgian company and leader of generic medicines in Belgium. Today, the company counts 190 collaborators. EG is part of STADA Group and consists of 3 divisions: EG Generics, Consumer Care & Specialty Care. With over 30 years of experience, EG is the indisputable market leader of generic medicines in Belgium. The EG Generics portfolio contains almost 700 medicines (mostly prescription medicines) destined for the treatment of health problems in almost every therapeutic domain. The EG team also offers continuous practical support to doctors and specialists for a responsible and affordable patient care. EG Consumer Care creates innovative brands of nutritional supplements, medical aids and medicines that are available in pharmacies without prescription (OTC). We emphasize ‘evidence-based nutraceuticals’: nutritional supplements that are scientifically tested and who help you sustain your health. EG Specialty Care also offers very specialized prescription medicines – mainly to hospitals and psychiatric institutions. Your Role
As RSM East,West-Flanders & Antwerp region, you will lead a combined team of pharma and medical representatives focused on Generics. You will drive regional growth, coach your team, and implement strategic commercial plans aligned with EG’s national objectives. You will report to the Sales Manager Generics and manage a team of approximately 12 FTEs.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and coach your team through field visits (80% of your time) and remote support.
- Translate national strategy into actionable regional plans.
- Drive sales performance and ensure alignment with company values and procedures.
- Identify strategic partnerships and maintain strong external networks.
- Monitor market trends and proactively adapt strategies.
- Ensure a healthy pipeline of opportunities and perform key customer visits.
Your Profile
- Bachelor or Master’s degree with relevant commercial experience.
- Experience in field management in the pharma and by preference also in medical and Generics products
- Fluent in Dutch, with solid French.
- Strong interpersonal, analytical, and entrepreneurial skills.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel extensively.
