In deze functie werk je nauw samen met de Accountant in het beheer van de financiële administratie en boekhouding. Je wordt daarbij operationeel betrokken bij het financieel beleid.

Functieomschrijving
- Je werkt in tandem met de Accountant
- Je verwerkt dagelijks de banken van verschillende vennootschappen
- Je verwerkt dagelijks de aankoopfacturen via een digitaal platform
- Je volgt de betalingen van klanten op en beheert de automatische incasso’s
- Je bereidt de leveranciersbetalingen voor
- Je assisteert de accountant met opzoekwerkzaamheden en voorbereiding van rapporten
- Je hebt bij voorkeur een diploma bachelor accountancy (ook pas afgestudeerden komen in aanmerking)
- Je hebt een goede basiskennis van een ERP systeem en Excel
- Je hebt zin voor detail en je werkt gestructureerd en nauwkeurig
- Je hebt een analytisch inzicht
- Je bent Nederlandstalig met een behoorlijke kennis van het Frans
- Je werkt discreet en proactief
