Wat zal je job inhouden?
The Sales Assistant supports the Sales & Tendering team in the preparation and coordination of offers and prequalification files.
You ensures smooth administrative and organizational support throughout the tendering process;
- Assist in the preparation of Expressions of Interest (EOIs), prequalification files, and proposals
- Coordinate document exchanges with partners and subcontractors
- Maintain dashboards and CRM tools ( e.g., Salesforce...)
- Organize meetings (Go/No-Go, kick-off, offer reviews)
- Support the standardization and organization of reference documents, CVs, templates, and administrative files.
- Handle document reproduction, registration, dispatch, and archiving.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders

You recognize yourself in following aspects as a sales assistant:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (Business)
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with Salesforce is a plus.
- Fluent in English ; knowledge of French or Dutch is an asset.
- Rigorous, detail-oriented, and proactive.
- Ever worked in Public Market? This is considered a big plus!
- Immediately available
