Dans le cadre du développement de nos activités commerciales en Belgique, nous recherchons un(e) Account Manager pour renforcer notre présence sur le marché.
Votre mission
Rattaché(e) à la Direction Commerciale, vous êtes responsable du développement et de la gestion d’un portefeuille de clients (installateurs, intégrateurs et partenaires stratégiques).
Vous contribuez activement à la croissance du chiffre d’affaires et à la consolidation de la position d’AddSecure sur le marché belge.
Vos responsabilités
Développer et gérer un portefeuille de comptes existants
Identifier et conquérir de nouveaux clients sur votre secteur
Promouvoir l’ensemble des solutions et services de transmission d’alarmes AddSecure
Élaborer et négocier les offres commerciales dans le respect de la stratégie tarifaire
Assurer un suivi régulier des clients et veiller à leur satisfaction
Participer aux salons professionnels et événements du secteur
Réaliser un reporting commercial régulier auprès de la direction
Collaborer étroitement avec les équipes techniques et support pour garantir la qualité des déploiements
Profil recherché
Nous recherchons un(e) professionnel(le) du développement commercial, structuré(e), orienté(e) résultats et doté(e) d’un excellent sens relationnel.
Qualifications requises
Formation supérieure en commerce, gestion ou équivalent
Expérience confirmée (minimum 3 à 5 ans) en vente B2B
Expérience dans le secteur de la sécurité électronique, des télécommunications ou des solutions techniques B2B fortement appréciée
Bonne compréhension des environnements techniques (réseaux IP, connectivité, solutions IoT)
Capacité à gérer des cycles de vente complexes
Maîtrise du français, néerlandais et de l’anglais (écrit et oral)
Permis B requis (déplacements réguliers)

Forte orientation résultats et culture de la performance
Capacité à créer et entretenir des relations de confiance sur le long terme
Autonomie et sens de l’organisation
Esprit d’analyse et capacité à identifier les opportunités de développement
Goût du challenge et esprit d’initiative
