WHAT YOU WILL DO As Key Account Manager, you will report to the Business Development Manager. In this capacity, you are responsible for being the primary point of contact for assigned strategic accounts, driving business growth and fostering long-term customer partnerships. The position also has full responsibility for leading and developing the clients' portfolio: Developing and implementing strategic account plans to drive growth, profitability and market penetration within assigned key accounts. Building and maintaining strong relationships with key customer stakeholders, including headquarters, production sites and R&D centers. Identifying and developing new business opportunities within existing accounts while actively prospecting new strategic customers. Coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure the successful execution of customer-specific business plans and sales strategies. Monitoring account performance against sales, revenue and profitability targets and driving corrective actions when necessary. Managing customer issues and escalations in collaboration with Sales and Technical Teams to ensure customer satisfaction and business continuity. Monitoring market, industry and competitive trends to identify opportunities and support long-term business development. Fluency in English. Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Key Account Management, Business Development or B2B Sales within an international industrial environment. Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills with a strong customer focus. Proven ability to identify and develop business opportunities.
