RSM Financial Services Luxembourg is currently looking for a dynamic person with the following profile: As an Officer, you will play a key role in supporting our clients with the day-to-day management of their Private Equity, Real Estate, and Private Debt funds. Acting as their primary point of contact, you will coordinate and handle client requests, ensure smooth onboarding of new structures, and oversee operational processes throughout the fund lifecycle. You will also assist in reviewing legal documentation, preparing governance materials, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, while maintaining accurate records and delivering exceptional client service. Your responsibilities will include : Assisting the client and the internal team during the onboarding process for regulated PE/RE/Private Debt structures as well as unregulated entities (SPVs, holding companies, etc.). Answering, coordinating, and handling client requests in a timely and professional manner. Advising the General Partner where required and escalating issues when appropriate. Assisting in the drafting and review of board minutes, circular resolutions, and other governance documents. Assisting in the review of legal documentation during the launch of new funds (LPA, PPM, subscription documents, side letters, etc.). Supporting the team and coordinating all operational steps during fund closings, capital calls, distributions, subscriptions, redemptions, and transfers of shares of alternative investment funds, and ensuring follow‑up with all relevant stakeholders. Providing third parties (auditors, lawyers, banks, administrators, etc.) with the necessary documentation and responding to their queries. Liaising with the internal team for the creation, update, and maintenance of shareholders' registers as well as investor reports. Participating in the drafting and periodic update of operating memoranda, SLAs, internal procedures, and workflow documentation. Monitoring regulatory deadlines and ensuring timely filings or submissions with the competent authorities. Tracking fund lifecycle events and preparing internal dashboards for management oversight Sourcing new clients/new partnerships with other third parties and assisting in the preparation of the fee quotes.
