For an experienced Tax Lawyer, this represents an opportunity to work on sophisticated matters within a recognised practice without compromising on the quality of the working environment. Your Responsibilities : Advise international clients on Luxembourg and cross-border tax matters. Lead the tax aspects of M&A, restructuring and financing transactions. Advise investment funds, financial institutions and multinational groups. Prepare complex tax opinions and legal memoranda. Review and negotiate transaction documentation from a tax perspective. Manage client matters independently. Supervise and mentor junior lawyers. Develop and maintain client relationships. Contribute to business development initiatives. Your Profile : Master's degree in Law, ideally specialised in Tax Law. 5-8+ years of relevant Luxembourg tax experience. Experience gained within a leading law firm or Big Four. Strong knowledge of Luxembourg corporate and international taxation. Excellent drafting, analytical and communication skills. Fluent in English; French and/or German is an advantage.
