Sr. Clinical Research Associate - Belgium (French & Dutch Fluency)

Senior Clinical Research Associate role overseeing site monitoring services and protocol compliance for clinical trials. Reports to sponsors and investigative sites while mentoring junior CRAs in a Brussels-based position requiring fluency in French and Dutch.
Responsibilities
- Independently conduct site monitoring services and assess protocol compliance
- Serve as primary liaison between sponsor and investigative sites
- Mentor and provide guidance to CRA I and II staff members
- Perform CRA assessment visits and participate in audits or inspections
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on clinical study execution
Requirements
- Fluency in French and Dutch languages
- Experience with ICH/GCP guidelines and regulatory compliance
- Demonstrated site monitoring and protocol assessment expertise
- Ability to mentor and guide junior clinical research associates
- Strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management skills
