Our next opportunity is to make our partner ecosystem a powerful, consistent source of new business.

We are looking for a Partnership Manager, fully bilingual in French and Dutch , to create partnerships with complementary software platforms and energise our existing network.

You will be the person who keeps partners engaged, creates reasons to work together and turns relationships into qualified prospects for our Sales team to close.

Tasks

Your mission is to build long-term partnerships that consistently generate business opportunities and new customers .

• Develop our connected software ecosystem. Build partnerships with tools that integrate with Shyfter, and identify relevant platforms where a new connection could create mutual business value.
• Find opportunities with lasting commercial potential. Assess customer overlap, shared use cases and referral opportunities before pursuing a partnership.
• Secure clear partnership agreements. Define how we will work together, who does what and how opportunities will be generated and followed up.
• Bring existing partnerships to life. Be the driving force behind regular conversations, introductions, partner visits, training sessions and joint initiatives.
• Keep Shyfter top of mind. Build relationships with partners' sales and customer-facing teams so they know when, why and how to recommend us.
• Create reasons to engage. Organise webinars, joint campaigns, events and practical sessions that help partners spot opportunities within their customer base.
• Generate qualified prospects for Sales. Make useful introductions, capture the prospect's needs and context, and coordinate a smooth handover to the Sales team, which owns closing.
• Close the feedback loop. Follow the progress of referred opportunities and keep partners informed and motivated.
• Coordinate integration opportunities with Product. Translate commercial needs into clear use cases and align expectations.
• Measure and improve partner performance. Track active partners, qualified referrals, pipeline and resulting customers.

Requirements

• Full professional bilingual proficiency in French and Dutch, spoken and written, is mandatory.
• Professional working proficiency in English.
• At least 4 years of relevant B2B commercial experience , including 2 years managing technology partnerships or a SaaS partner ecosystem .
• A proven track record of partnerships that generated qualified opportunities and customers.
• Experience working with software integrations and explaining their business value.
• Excellent relationship-building skills and the energy to keep a partner community active.
• Strong commercial judgement: you can distinguish a promising conversation from a partnership with real revenue potential.
• Disciplined follow-up and the ability to turn ideas into recurring activity.
• Familiarity with the Belgian and French markets and willingness to travel for partner meetings and events.

Experience at a recognised SaaS startup or scale-up is strongly preferred, particularly in workforce management, HR-tech, payroll, POS or hospitality technology.

An established network is a significant advantage. We expect concrete examples of partners you activated and the business those relationships generated.
