Manpower Permanent Placement recherche un Compliance / Legal Officer FR/GB (H/F/X) pour l'un de ses clients, basé au Grand-Duché de Luxembourg, qui souhaite renforcer son équipe en place à Luxembourg. · CDI – Temps plein · Secteur : Asset Management / AIFM Votre mission : Dans le cadre du développement de notre client, un acteur spécialisé dans la gestion de fonds et les solutions d'investissement pour une clientèle institutionnelle internationale, nous recherchons un(e) Compliance / Legal Officer. Vous rejoignez une structure en croissance et participez activement au renforcement de la fonction Compliance & Legal, en lien direct avec la direction et les équipes opérationnelles. Vos responsabilités : · Réaliser les contrôles de conformité selon le plan de monitoring interne · Assurer le suivi, la mise à jour et l'amélioration des politiques et procédures internes · Participer aux processus de due diligence (initiale et continue) · Contribuer aux sujets AML/CFT, notamment l'onboarding de fonds et d'investissements · Revoir la documentation juridique liée aux fonds (contrats, résolutions, communications) · Participer à la préparation des reportings réglementaires et internes · Assurer une veille réglementaire et analyser les impacts sur l'activité · Apporter un support juridique et réglementaire aux projets transverses Votre profil : · Formation supérieure en droit, droit des affaires ou équivalent · Première expérience (2 à 3 ans minimum) en compliance, idéalement en environnement AIFM / ManCo / gestion de fonds ou en cabinet de conseil · Excellente maîtrise de l'anglais, du français (l'allemand est un atout) · Bonne connaissance des sujets AML/CFT · Esprit analytique, rigueur et autonomie · Intérêt...
