- Administratieve verwerking en opvolging van logistieke activiteiten voor toegewezen klanten
- Eerste operationele aanspreekpunt voor klanten en interne afdelingen (warehouse, transport, douane, …)
- Coördinatie van inbound, outbound en value-added logistics (VAL) processen
- Bewaken van klantafspraken, procedures en werkinstructies
- Behandelen en opvolgen van vragen en klachten
- Signaleren van knelpunten en proactief meedenken over oplossingen
- Actieve bijdrage aan procesoptimalisatie en continuous improvement
- Heeft een eerste ervaring in een administratieve, operationele of klantgerichte functie
- Heeft affiniteit met logistiek, supply chain of operations
- Werkt gestructureerd, nauwkeurig en analytisch
- Communiceert vlot en klantgericht
- Beheerst het Nederlands en Engels zeer goed
- Een boeiende functie binnen een internationale en dynamische werkomgeving
