German-Speaking Telecom Customer Experience Specialist

Workster is partnering with a leading international customer experience provider to recruit German-speaking Customer Service Advisors for a well-established telecommunications support project in Greece. This role is fully focused on delivering high-quality customer support and ensuring a smooth, positive experience for end users.
Your Role
- Act as the first point of contact for customers via phone, email, and chat
- Handle inquiries related to services, billing, contracts, and general account support
- Troubleshoot basic technical issues and guide customers step by step toward resolution
- Clearly explain products, services, and procedures in a customer-friendly way
- Resolve complaints professionally, ensuring customer satisfaction and first-contact resolution
- Accurately document all interactions in internal systems
- Follow established processes, quality standards, and data protection guidelines
- Contribute to a positive customer experience through empathy, clarity, and professionalism
Your Qualifications
- Native or C1 level German (spoken and written)
- English at B2 level for training and internal communication
- Previous experience in customer service or call center support is an advantage
- Strong communication and active listening skills
- Customer-oriented mindset with a calm and solution-focused approach
- Basic computer skills and confidence using digital tools
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a structured environment
