Internship: Digital Marketing Intern Belux

Duration: Minimum 4-5 months, starting date September, or as agreed.

Office location: Kruibeke (close to Antwerp), min 1 day per week at the office & one co-working day.

Are you a creative digital native with a passion for social media and brand storytelling? Join the Monster Energy Company Belux team as an intern and help shape the digital presence of Monster and Nalu through impactful content, campaigns, and online experiences.

About the Role:

As a Digital Marketing Intern Belux, you will support the team in developing and executing digital-first campaigns for Monster and Nalu. Your focus will be on influencer marketing, content creation, and research, helping to drive brand visibility and engagement across social and digital platforms.

This is a unique opportunity for someone who wants to build experience in digital marketing, and project management in a fast-paced environment with two strong brands.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

CONTENT CREATION & GENERATION

- Create and edit short format videos aligned with brand tone and trends

- Stay up to date with trends & formats

- Ideate content concepts that feel authentic, engaging, and platform native

- Assist in creation of monthly content calendar

- All around support in tracking and metrics

- Be in front of the camera as a “Nalu Face” and help at shoots and events

INFLUENCER & AMBASSADOR / SCENE MARKETING

- Co-content ideation with partners, ambassadors & events.

- Add suitable profiles to our current influencer roster

- Support influencer outreach, gifting/drops and collaborations

- Track influencer content and performance metrics

- Help with UGC strategy and planning

RESEARCH

- Help with the Nalu social and communication strategy 2027

o Includes analysis of past work, new guidelines, how we can improve and grow.

NEED / YOU ARE SOMEONE

- Bachelor’s or Master’s student in Communication, Marketing, or Digital Content Creation

- Strong interest in digital marketing (content creation, pr & influencer marketing, social media)

- Can work with editing tools (premiere / capcut / edits)

- Not afraid to be in front of a camera

- Good communication skills, relationship building & time management

- Self-Leadership: Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks at the same time

- Captivate good content & knows how to hook users online & is creative

- Active user on social media (IG, TIKTOK (SNAP)) and understands what works and why.

- Passionate: has an interest in the brand world of Monster Energy and Nalu

REQUIREMENTS:

- Available on weekends for events

- Available during week for shoots (evenings / early mornings) – communicated in advance

- Fluent in French & English (& Dutch)

- Driver license

NICE TO HAVE

- Strong connections within the creative scene (dance, music, art)

- Strong connections with a French speaking audience / Brussel area.

- Connection within PR & COMMS world (press days, journalists, magazines)

- Affiliation with action and motorsports
