Logistics & Customer Service Officer

Als Logistics & Customer Service Officer ben je de schakel tussen onze klanten en de verschillende productievestigingen.
Je verantwoordelijkheden :
- je hebt direct contact met klanten (wereldwijd) en staat in voor de nauwkeurige verwerking van de inkomende verkooporders en volgt de logistieke afhandeling op tot bij de klant
- je hebt regelmatig overleg met de productie ten behoeve van het orderverloop en brengt klanten op de hoogte betreffende hun orderstatus
- je maakt de nodige transportdocumenten op voor certificeringen en legalisaties mbt zendingen buiten de EU
- je geeft klachten door aan de desbetreffende afdeling en communiceert over afwijkingen van orders
- je staat mee in voor klanten, leveranciers en chauffeurs te ontvangen en verwijst hun door naar de juiste persoon
- je kan je vlot uitdrukken in het Nederlands met een goede kennis van Frans en Engels
- je kan goed overweg met MS Office
- je bent bereid om halftijds te werken in Wetteren en Sint-Gillis-Waas
- je bent nauwkeurig en spontaan en neemt initiatief
