Wat zal je job inhouden?
Als financiële businesspartner ondersteun je drie fabrieken (Bocholt, Belfeld, Venlo) en werk je nauw samen met het centrale Operations Control team. Je vertaalt financiële inzichten in concrete acties die fabrieken helpen kosten te reduceren, efficiëntie te verhogen en performance te verbeteren. Daarnaast draag je actief bij aan internationale projecten zoals ERP-implementaties en de standaardisatie van operationsprocessen.
Wat ga je doen?
- Optreden als financiële sparringpartner voor het plant management
- Operationele KPI's analyseren en verbeteren (productiviteit, efficiëntie, yield en kosten)
- Standaardkostprijzen en marges bewaken en optimaliseren
- Variantieanalyses uitvoeren (volume, mix, prijs en efficiency)
- CapEx-investeringen en business cases ondersteunen en kritisch beoordelen
- Actief bijdragen aan ERP-implementaties en IT-transformatieprojecten
- Procesverbeteringen en standaardisatie binnen operations stimuleren
- Deelnemen aan groepsbrede verbeterinitiatieven

Wat zoeken we?- Bachelor- of masterdiploma in Finance, Bedrijfseconomie of een vergelijkbare richting
- Ervaring in een productie- of operationsomgeving
- Sterke analytische vaardigheden met een proactieve, hands-on mentaliteit
- Interesse in of ervaring met ERP-systemen / IT-transformaties
- Comfortabel in een internationale werkomgeving
- Vloeiend in het Engels
