Responsibilities
Missions / Responsabilités
En tant que Business Controller, vous contribuez activement au pilotage financier et au support à la décision.
- Vous analysez la performance financière et les écarts entre budget et réalisé.
- Vous préparez les budgets, forecasts et reportings destinés à la direction.
- Vous participez aux clôtures mensuelles et au suivi des données financières.
- Vous proposez des recommandations pour améliorer la performance.
- Vous développez et optimisez les outils de reporting.
- Vous agissez comme support auprès des équipes opérationnelles.
Profile
Profil recherché
- Formation : Master en finance, gestion, économie ou équivalent par expérience.
- Expérience : Minimum 5 ans d'expérience en contrôle de gestion, audit ou analyse financière dans un environnement structuré.
- Compétences techniques : Excellente maîtrise de l'analyse financière, du reporting, du budget et d'Excel avancé / ERP.
- Langues : Excellente maîtrise du français, très bonne connaissance de l'anglais et bonne connaissance du néerlandais.
- Qualités personnelles : Esprit analytique, sens business, autonomie, rigueur et excellente capacité de communication avec différents interlocuteurs.
