De functie inhoud
Als Business Developer voor regio West- en Oost-Vlaanderen zullen volgende taken op jouw agenda staan:
- Samen met het management ontwikkel je een strategische en systematische aanpak om nieuwe business te genereren.
- Je denkt niet alleen mee, maar voert de salesstrategie ook uit en verfijnt deze waar nodig.
- Het uitvoeren van marktanalyses , identificeren van potentiële klanten en uitwerken van creatieve benaderingstactieken behoren tot jouw taken.
- In de opstartfase verdeel je je tijd gelijkmatig tussen binnen- en buitendienst , waarbij je de vrijheid hebt om je eigen agenda te beheren.
- Naarmate je successen boekt, krijg je ondersteuning vanuit de binnendienst en kun je je volledig focussen op buitendienstactiviteiten.
- Bij de start word je intensief opgeleid door het management . Deze training legt de basis voor jouw succes en groei binnen de organisatie.
Het profiel
Voor onze toekomstige Business Developer regio West- en Oost-Vlaanderen zijn we op zoek naar iemand met volgende troeven:
- Je beschikt over een bachelor- of masterdiploma.
- Minimaal 2 à 3 jaar in een commerciële rol , bij voorkeur met ervaring in de buitendienst.
- Proactief en resultaatgericht : je ziet kansen en grijpt ze met beide handen aan.
- Sterk in plannen en organiseren : je weet prioriteiten te stellen en structuur te creëren.
- Communicatief vaardig: je bent een geboren netwerker en weet mensen te overtuigen.
- Ambities : Je hebt de drive om mee te groeien in een dynamische omgeving en je te ontwikkelen tot een strategische speler.
Onze klant
Bij Bonnie begeleiden we consultants naar hun eerste of volgende project. We zijn actief in West- en Oost-Vlaanderen en werken voornamelijk vanuit onze uitvalsbasis in Oostkamp. Hier zit je samen op kantoor met de collega's van Noël Franklin, sfeer gegarandeerd!
