Position Summary

Joining our team in Barcelona as a Google Ads consultant, you will step into the role of a trusted digital growth partner for expanding businesses operating in the Dutch market. You will oversee end-to-end portfolio management—executing structured onboarding programs, inspiring deeper feature adoption, reducing churn to ensure strong account retention, and discovering profitable expansion avenues for your clients.

Primary Duties

• Strategic Onboarding: Facilitate seamless transitions for newly signed clients, mapping out their primary key performance indicators to establish targeted digital ad strategies.
• Stakeholder Outreach: Build strong relationships with key decision-makers, demonstrating concrete campaign value and presenting tailored ad expansion solutions.
• Campaign Optimization: Manage hands-on creation and daily refinement of Google Ads campaigns, adjusting bidding models, testing creatives, and zeroing in on high-performing demographics.
• Analytics & Reporting: Convert raw analytics and performance trends into actionable recommendations designed to optimize ROAS and general campaign effectiveness.
• Pipeline Management: Rigorously log client communications, update account stages, and keep database records structured inside internal CRM environments.
• Regional Feedback: Gather and communicate key observations regarding Dutch consumer habits and regional business expectations to help hone localized ad approaches.

Applicant Profile

• Language Skills: Fluent C1/C2 level Dutch capabilities alongside fluent English for corporate operations.
• Background: Demonstrated history in B2B customer success, client consulting, or account management using modern software platforms.
