Our client specializes in securing, opening, drilling, and relocating armored safes. Their clients are major banks and luxury sector players, where trust and discretion are non-negotiable. This activity, recently integrated into their group, is today the market leader in Belgium, and is currently being structured into a fully-fledged service center. As part of this structuring effort, we are looking for a Dispatcher on behalf of our client. The Role As Dispatcher, you are the conductor of all field operations. You plan and coordinate technical teams across all sites. Your responsibilities include:
- Organizing technician dispatching based on priorities and urgencies
- Acting as the link between clients, field teams, and suppliers
- Ensuring rigorous administrative follow-up in the ERP system
- Actively contributing to the growth of this expanding activity
- Experience in dispatching, planning, or logistics coordination
- A degree is less important than hands-on experience
- Organized, responsive, and mentally flexible in a fast-changing environment
- Comfortable communicating, including picking up the phone for difficult conversations
- Fluent in both Dutch and French, needed to work with clients and teams
- Based within a reasonable commute (around 45 minutes) of the site
- A niche market undergoing consolidation, where our client holds a dominant position
- A growth project you join from the ground up — the team currently counts around 13 people, with the ambition to grow to 25-30 (dispatchers included)
- An SME mindset, fast decision-making, and real impact on the development of the business
- Salary depends on seniority and how the role is ultimately filled, whether as a genuine team lead or as a senior dispatcher, both profiles are welcome. As a benchmark, a junior earns €3,150 gross, plus a €100 employer-specific allowance, meal vouchers (€8), and group insurance
