As a Customer Service Specialist, you play a key role in managing and optimizing transport flows for key European customers. 
You operate from a central Control Tower environment, acting as the connecting point between customers, operations, and international DSV teams. 
Your work ensures that complex supply chains stay in motion. 
You combine operational follow-up with process optimization, making a tangible impact on customer performance and satisfaction.

Tasks:

•    You manage a portfolio of international key accounts, typically 2 to 3 customers within a wider Control Tower environment;
•    You oversee transport flows on a European level, coordinating closely with DSV operations in different countries;
•    You monitor planning, intervene where needed, and ensure shipments are executed as agreed;
•    You act on high-level escalations, maintaining strong communication with customers and European management;
•    You analyse processes and identify improvements in areas such as planning, data flows, and system integrations (EDI, MyDSV);
•    You contribute to building more efficient and transparent supply chain solutions

You bring

•    You have a first experience (1-3 years) in transport planning, dispatch, or a similar logistics environment (entry level position);
•    You can express yourself fluently in English
•    You are customer-oriented, communicative, and able to manage stakeholders at different levels;
•    You are stress-resistant and able to prioritize in a dynamic environment;
•    You have a strong analytical mindset and enjoy improving processes;
•    You are comfortable working with systems and Excel (data handling and input);
•    You are a team player with a hands-on mentality and flexibility when needed.
