The following information aims to provide potential candidates with a better understanding of the requirements for this role.- Job Title: Freelance AI Engineer / Vibe Coder
- 12-month freelance contract
- Hybrid working model: 1 day per week onsite in Brussels, 4 days remote
- Hours: 40 Hours/week
- English-speaking environment (French is a bonus)
We are partnering with an innovative Belgian technology company operating in a highly regulated, fast-scaling industry. They are looking for a highly practical, business-minded Freelance AI Engineer / Vibe Coder to help rapidly prototype, automate, and operationalise AI workflows across the organisation.
This is not a traditional enterprise engineering role. The ideal candidate is someone who ships fast, thinks commercially, and knows how to leverage modern AI tooling to solve real business problems quickly.
Key Responsibilities -
- Build and deploy AI-driven workflows and automations
- Prototype internal AI products and operational tools
- Create no-code / low-code AI solutions using modern AI tooling
- Design and implement RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) workflows
- Integrate LLMs into business processes and operational systems
- Develop lightweight Python services and automations where needed
- Work directly with stakeholders to identify high-value AI opportunities
- Rapidly test, iterate, and improve AI-assisted workflows
- Translate business challenges into practical xbpgvfh AI solutions
- Help establish scalable AI best practices internally
