B737 MAX First Officer

In your first year, you’ll operate across a diverse route network, become familiar with our unique ways of working, and collaborate closely with both cabin and ground teams to ensure safe, smooth journeys. As a First Officer, you will have significant responsibilities and will receive active mentoring from experienced Captains to help you advance in your career. Requirements

• Unrestricted and valid EASA (frozen) ATPL license.
• Valid B737 type rating with a completed base training.
• Valid EASA Medical Class 1.
• Minimum ICAO English Language Proficiency level 4.
• Valid EU, Swiss or EEA passport that allows unrestricted worldwide travel and is valid for at least 6 months from your training start date.
• Legal right to live and work in Belgium without restrictions.
• Must pass aviation security background checks and meet all EU regulatory requirements for flight crew clearance. This may impact eligibility for candidates without long-term residence or work rights in the EU.
• Able to report to Brussels Airport within 120 minutes when on standby duty.
• Please be aware that your roster will vary significantly with no fixed pattern, and we do not offer commuting contracts.
