Billing Officer Energie
Als Billing Officer Energie speel je een sleutelrol in het facturatieproces van de energiegerelateerde diensten. Je zorgt ervoor dat de klanten voornamelijk mede-eigenaars en vastgoedbeheerders tijdig, correct en transparant worden gefactureerd voor het verbruik van warmte, water en energie. Je bent nauwkeurig, analytisch en vindt het leuk om cijfers te laten kloppen tot op de komma.
Jouw verantwoordelijkheden:- Opstellen, controleren en verzenden van maandelijkse en periodieke facturen voor energieverbruik.
- Verwerken en opvolgen van meterstanden, verbruiksdata en correcties in het interne systeem.
- Beantwoorden van vragen van klanten en collega¹s over facturen en verrekeningen.
- Meewerken aan de optimalisatie van facturatieprocessen en -systemen.
- Samenwerken met de technische en klantendienstteams om correcte gegevensuitwisseling te garanderen.
Profiel
- Je beschikt over een eerste administratieve ervaring, werkt nauwkeurig en hebt een goed cijfermatig inzicht.
- Ervaring in facturatie, offertes of boekhouding, idealiter in de energie- of nutssector, is een pluspunt, maar zeker geen must.
- Je spreekt en schrijft vlot in het Nederlands én Frans.
- Je bent communicatief, klantgericht en kan goed overweg met Excel en ERP-systemen (kennis van AS/400 is een plus, maar opnieuw geen must).
