Location: Luxembourg (Office-based) Contract: Permanent, Full-Time About the Opportunity We are recruiting a Team / Executive Assistant for the Luxembourg AIFM entity of a leading global Private Markets firm. This role requires a proven EA/PA profile capable of providing high-level operational support to Directors and their teams in a fast-paced, high-performance investment environment where pace, precision, and confidentiality are essential. Key Responsibilities Executive Support: Proactively manage complex executive diaries, resolve scheduling conflicts, and coordinate seamless international travel and high-stakes meeting logistics. Operational Precision: Oversee expense reports, documentation, onboarding processes, and administrative workflows with absolute accuracy. Business Anticipation: Develop a strong understanding of team priorities and the firm's investment rhythm to anticipate needs, flag pressure points, and stay one step ahead. Stakeholder Management: Serve as a trusted, professional point of contact for internal teams and high-level external partners. Event Coordination: Organize team events, offsites, and internal initiatives to high standards. Candidate Profile Proven EA/PA Track Record: Strong experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or Senior Team Assistant supporting senior leadership in a fast-paced corporate environment. Sector Experience: Background in Private Equity, Financial Services, or Professional Services is strongly preferred. Organizational Mastery: Exceptional attention to detail, strong priority management under pressure, and absolute discretion with confidential data.
