Legal Personal Assistant in Tax - Luxembourg

Department purpose In Luxembourg, our team provides practical and commercially viable advice to real estate funds, private equity funds, corporates, banks and institutional investors, among others. We advise our clients on a wide range of tax issues, from VAT and transfer pricing-related matters to international tax planning work and tax litigation and are predominantly involved in matters regarding tax aspects of Luxembourg investments and the structuring of international transactions via Luxembourg vehicles. Our Luxembourg tax practice offers a full range of services, including advice on both domestic and cross-border situations. Role purpose We are currently recruiting a Legal Personal Assistant for our Tax team on a full-time basis, with the possibility of considering a part-time arrangement. Role and responsibilities Provide comprehensive administrative support to Partners, Counsel and fee-earners. Manage correspondence, emails, legal documents and presentations. Coordinate calendars, meetings, calls and general team administration. Support matter opening, client onboarding and billing activities. Prepare engagement letters, invoices and other client-related documentation. Maintain accurate records, databases and filing systems. Assist with membership administration and event coordination for professional associations. Support marketing and business development activities, including contact management and client communications. Ensure high levels of accuracy, confidentiality and client service in all administrative tasks. Key requirements You have at least 3-5 years of relevant experience within a law firm, ideally based in Luxembourg.You are fluent in written and spoken English, French and German.You have excellent communication and writing skills, and you know how to work effectively in a team.You are computer literate and know how to use Microsoft Office.You have a good organisation and a sense of initiative.
