Je hebt een sleutelrol in de organisatie waarbij je enerzijds fungeert als senior adviseur voor diverse opdrachtgevers (zoals o.a. overheden, hospitalen en grote banken) en anderzijds na de inloopperiode mee de leiding neemt over de commerciële groei en marktpositionering van ATIR België, alsook over het operationele team.
Jouw takenpakket en verantwoordelijkheden:
- Adviseren van opdrachtgevers over kwaliteitsmanagement, performance-audits en procesoptimalisatie binnen complexe schoonmaak- en facilitaire trajecten/projecten.
- Begeleiden van strategische aanbestedingen, dienstverlenerselectietrajecten en de uiteindelijke contractvorming.
- Opmaken en onderbouwen van calculaties, kostprijsmodellen en businesscases.
- Fungeren als volwaardig strategisch sparringpartner op management- en directieniveau.
- Actief uitbouwen van de marktpositie en de visibiliteit van ATIR België door het:
- identificeren van nieuwe commerciële kansen en onontgonnen marktsegmenten.
- ontwikkelen van duurzame klantrelaties en het initiëren van strategische partnerships.
- initiëren van vernieuwende marktproposities en resultaatgerichte groeistrategieën, mede gedreven door innovatieve digitalisering.
- mede vormgeven aan de langetermijnstrategie, positionering en innovatie binnen ATIR België.
- Operationeel meewerken in projecten om voeling met de praktijk te verkrijgen en de opgedane ervaring te borgen.
- Begeleiden en op termijn gericht coachen en ontwikkelen van het team consultants.
