Voor onze site in Gent zijn we op zoek naar een Shift Leader in dubbele ploeg voor onze coating afdeling.
Als Shift Leader ben je verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse aansturing van de operatoren in jouw ploeg binnen de coating afdeling . Jij zorgt ervoor dat de productie vlot, veilig en volgens de juiste kwaliteitsstandaarden verloopt. Je leidt jouw ploeg met duidelijke instructies, opvolging en een hands-on mentaliteit. Je werkt in dubbele ploeg.
Als centraal aanspreekpunt in de ploeg ben je een belangrijke schakel tussen medewerkers, planning en het management.
Wat je doet als Shift Leader:
- Je geeft dagelijkse leiding aan alle operatoren in jouw ploeg.
- Je zorgt voor een efficiënte werking van alle machines en productie-installaties.
- Je durft snel schakelen bij wijzigingen in de planning of productie.
- Je voorziet back-up aan machines wanneer nodig en bewaakt alle
- productiespecificaties.
- Je controleert afgewerkte rollen en blokkeert goederen bij quality losses.
- Je houdt overzicht over productiviteit, EFF en orde & netheid (5S).
- Je voert wekelijkse veiligheidscontroles (BBS-audits) uit en leidt meetings in jouw shift.
- Je zorgt voor correcte administratie en release van machines.
- Je meldt en beheert veiligheids- en milieugerelateerde situaties (veiligheidsbeleid & corporate procedures).
- Je draagt zorg voor een correcte ploegoverdracht.
Welke skills en kennis we verwachten:
- Je hebt een A2-diploma of denkniveau A2.
- Je hebt ervaring als shiftleader of teamleader in een productieomgeving – dat is essentieel.
- Je beschikt over sterke leiderschapsvaardigheden en weet helder, mensgericht en efficiënt te communiceren.
- Je bent organisatorisch sterk en behoudt overzicht, ook bij plotse veranderingen.
- Je hebt kennis van MS Office en bij voorkeur een ERP-systeem.
- Je bent bereid om in een ploegenstelsel te werken (5u00-13u15; 13u15-21u30).
