- Location: Barcelona, Catalonia, Spain (World Trade Center)
- Work Setup: Hybrid (3 days office / 2 days remote)
- Compensation: €23,876 gross annual base + €3,408 performance bonus
- Relocation: Flights to Barcelona + 1 month in a studio apartment
Role Overview Drive business growth for high-potential clients in the Dutch market from our Barcelona hub. As a strategic partner, you will onboard new advertisers, boost Google Ads adoption, minimize churn, and build lasting client relationships in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Onboarding: Welcome new accounts and design tailored digital marketing strategies.
- Consultative Selling: Connect with key stakeholders to align Google Ads solutions with their growth targets.
- Campaign Refinement: Launch, scale, and continuous refine targeting, ad copy, and landing pages.
- Performance Analytics: Monitor campaign KPIs and leverage data to maximize client ROI.
- Pipeline Management: Oversee daily outreach workflows and maintain up-to-date CRM records.
- Market Intelligence: Gather local market feedback to optimize sales tactics and product messaging.
Requirements
- Languages: Native or C1–C2 proficiency in Dutch, paired with strong English skills.
- Experience: Background in client relationship management, sales, and CRM systems.
- Market Knowledge: Familiarity with Dutch business culture, market trends, and GDPR compliance.
- Core Skills: Sharp consultative communication, data analysis, and comfort using AI tools for productivity.
