En tant que Private Banker, vous accompagnez une clientèle patrimoniale dans la gestion et l'optimisation globale de leur patrimoine. Vous développez des relations de confiance durable en proposant des solutions personnalisées en collaboration avec les équipes spécialisées.
Vos responsabilités incluent :
- Développer et entretenir des relations avec une clientèle à haut potentiel située à Bruxelles et dans le Brabant Wallon
- Identifier les besoins patrimoniaux, financiers et fiscaux des clients
- Proposer des solutions adaptées (placements, structuration patrimoniale, assurance, crédits)
- Assurer un suivi régulier et proactif des clients
- Participer activement au développement commercial (prospection, networking, recommandations)
- Collaborer avec les experts internes (gestionnaires de portefeuille, fiscalistes, juristes, spécialistes crédit)
- Garantir le respect des règles de conformité (MiFID, KYC, AML)
- Master en finance, économie, gestion ou équivalent
- Expérience de 5 à 10 ans dans le secteur bancaire, financier ou patrimonial
- Solide fibre commerciale et excellente aisance relationnelle
- Intérêt marqué pour la gestion de patrimoine et les produits financiers
- Capacité d'écoute, d'analyse et de conseil personnalisé
- Esprit proactif, orienté résultats et solutions
- Capacité à travailler en équipe et à coordonner différents experts
- Rigueur et sens des responsabilités
Langues :
- Français : excellent niveau (indispensable)
- Néerlandais et/ou anglais : atout mais pas indispensable.
