✍️ The Position

LIZY is looking for a Content & Brand Manager who can bring a strong personality and identity into our communication. LIZY is bringing a fresh energy into a very traditional leasing industry, and it would be your mission to make that come out in our brand identity and communication.

What you’ll be doing:

• You create a strong and differentiated brand identity that sets LIZY apart in the leasing market.

• You drive game-changing content projects on communication touchpoints like website, email and social media.

• You create a strong view of our users and their customer journey, and help them with content that’s relevant, engaging and full of personality.

• You’ll lead our interns and freelance writers. Together, you produce high quality and quantity content across 4 markets.

• You’ll be the most creative person in the company. You bring a creative spark into an otherwise very data-driven company.

• You collaborate cross-functionally with the website, SEA, SEO and localisation teams in order to provide the best possible user experience.

‍♀️‍♂️ About you

A successful content manager will be great at the following:

• Creative leadership: You have 3+ years of experience in content. You can set the creative direction and keep the quality bar high on content projects.

• Hands-on production: You feel confident doing pragmatic hands-on work in at least 2 content disciplines (copy, photos, design, etc.).

• Embracing AI: You embrace the use of AI. You understand when and how to use it for effective creative production. At the same time, you know when and how humans are needed to bring true creativity.

• Ownership: You take responsibility for achieving results and enjoy freedom in defining how to get there.

• Brand management: Y ou know how to build and maintain brand principles, and secure buy-in across the company.

• Fluent in English and either Dutch or French.
